LCH Development

The Attwood business centre and adjourning housing estate are one of Phnom Penhs first commercial development projects.

Ideal Garden Homes is a residential compound located between the Phnom Penh International Airport and the city centre, in vicinity of the Ministry of Commerce. A modern, comfortable and secure project ideal for families and expatriates living in Phnom Penh.

The new offices of the Ministry of Commerce were designed and constructed by LCH Investment Group's development arm in 2009.
