Welcome to Stung Hav Special Economic Zone and Port, an infrastructure project launched in 2006 by LCH Investment Group Co. Ltd., a leading diversified industrial group in Cambodia. The vision for the project is to offer a price competitive location for Cambodia's natural resources to be processed, while having the potential to grow into a 1,000-hectare special economic zone & port well positioned to take advantage of the anticipated evolution of the agriculture, heavy industry, mineral and the oil and gas sectors in Cambodia.
Stung Hav SEZ & Port is a strategically located infrastructure project that will increase value added processing of Cambodian resources while creating hundreds of thousands of jobs in the long term for the Cambodia of tomorrow. With an estimated 250 hectares currently available for development, the project has solid liquid assets and is looking to further develop.
A sister project of Stung Hav SEZ & Port, as well operated by LCH Investment Group, is Phnom Penh SEZ, currently operating a 350-hectare special economic zone in the capitaland Cambodia's leading industrial park with currently over 30 factories employing more than10,000 workers.
The vision for Stung Hav SEZ & Port is to offer a price competitive location for Cambodia's natural resources to be processed and shipped to the world markets, taking advantage of unparalleled, privileged access to global markets for products "Made in Cambodia".
